Project Brief

Muslim Youth Helpine required a charity software system to replace their existing methods of working with vital charity data. They wanted to store data on the various parts of their internal organisation such as Donors, Donations, Volunteers and other Charity related data. They also wanted the ability to add/edit/delete/search data as well run vital reports on this stored data.

Solution

eDataManagement developed a bespoke charity application suited for the needs of Muslim Youth Helpine. The bespoke windows application provides the functionality for a charity in a easy to user interface but using the latest technology. It includes a custom report launcher and import facility. Muslim Youth Helpline now have the charity software they desired but at price much more suited to their budget.

"Ghuman Solicitors is a specialist Personal Injury firm helping innocent victims of accidents to recover compensation for their injuries."

Project Brief

Ghuman Solicitors required a clean, fresh looking and easy to use website for their launch as a Solicitors. They wished for their clients to be able to use a simple personal injury claim form and to be able to navigate the website easily. They also required some artwork doing in the form of logo design and business card design for their marketing as Personal Injury firm.

Solution

eDataManagement worked with Ghuman Solicitors to decide on a colour scheme and layout most suited for Ghuman Solicitors. We stuck with a simple but elegant design in order to display all the vital information Ghuman Solicitors required. We also designed the logo and business card and created several examples from which they made a choice of the ones they preferred the most. Ghuman Solicitors are now ready to receive potential clients via their website.

'We required database management software for our local independent Opticians based in Liverpool. We contacted the eDataManagement company for this. There were already many existing companies out on the market which provided this type of service. However there were two main problems. Initially it was very costly to purchase the licence. Further there was the cost of issue of renewing the licence at the end of each year.

I knew exactly what I required the software database to do. I conveyed this to the developer at eDataManagement who was then able to produce a prototype. Initially there were a few teething problems. However these were easily overcome and rectified within days by the eDataManagement company.

Having used the software now for over two years I can honestly say there were no problems and was completely happy with service received from eDataManagement. Due to the fact that it was custom built I managed to have a database as I wanted it which met the specific requirements needed for my business. The additional benefit was the fact there were no expiry date for the licence and updates required were free of charge. This is very rare these days unless you pay a lot of money. Islamic-Design required a dynamic website to display their newly created range of Islamic Canvases. They wished for their potential clients to be able to browse the website easily and to be able to purchase a canvas via the website with comfort and confidence.

eDataManagement developed the eCommerce website using the latest technology with regards to the website front end and the interaction with the SQL database back-end. We gave as much attention to the look and feel as we did to the dynamic functionality and the paypal payment method behind the scenes.
